BrainBuilder™ students outperform in AMC test

About AMC
The Australian Mathematics Competition (AMC) is one of the world’s largest school-based mathematics competitions with more than 14 million entries since 1978.
This test highlights the importance of mathematics as a curriculum subject and gives students an opportunity to discover talent in mathematics; it also inspires students to have a greater interest in learning the subject, and provides them with a certificate that can be useful for external recognition later with employers.
BrainBuilder™ as a registered school for AMC
On 28th July, BrainBuilder™ Eastwood had a team of students sit the AMC at our test centre for the very first time. Our first year of rigorous training has resulted in strong results with our students receiving more distinctions than credits and many receiving top honours. All our trained students credited the AMC training has helped them tackle the challenging problems.
Congratulations to all of the students who sat with us and those who have trained with us since April. We are pleased to see that all of the hard work has paid off and look forward to continuing this success in the future.
